Bought the QL-1100 advertised as being intuitive and easy to use. "plug in and it reads the label size, easy to use..."-- NOPE!!!

Had to get CS on the phone, took almost 2 hours to install a driver.

It worked until the labels ran out. Put in new roll of labels and CRAP. Won't read the label size. NO SUPPORT ON THE WEEKENDS!!!!

Then, another 2 hours on the phone to install an "editor" -- THAT CRAP DOESN"T WORK!!!! Support is clueless blaming Amazon.... NOPE. It was printing fine after the driver, but WONT READ THE LABEL SIZE WHEN REPLACING THE ROLL AND AFTER INSTALLING EDITOR.

ALL BROTHER MACHINES ARE JUNK!!!!

CS IS CLUELESS AND UNAVAILABLE ON THE WEEKENDS. THE SUPPORT SITE IS A TOTAL JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!

>> NO upper level support. Told I would get a call back at their leisure in ABOUT 24 HOURS???!!!!

Meanwhile, my business is on hold.

Rotten customer service

I spoke with an customer support person for one hour--and he couldn't fix the issue. I tried again, I was told it would cost $79.00 for a single tech question! It was finally, finally discovered that I needed new printer!! I gave it one star because I hadto give a rating!

Unable to change font styles

The nice lady who helped me suggested I try resetting my p-touch again, using the shift, R, &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; on/off button. After that it worked properly again, and I was able to change the font style. Thank you

Ink cartridges for MFC-J497DW

just looking for the best place to purchase inkjet cartridges. im in denver. my red is out but i have plenty of ink in the other cartridges and it wont print my pages

I ordered colored ink for my printer MFC-J430W. I had to wait 2 weeks and the *** sent the wrong ink cartridges. I ordered LC71 series and they sent LC103CL series. I HAD TO WAIT TWO WEEKS FOR THE WRONG INK CARTRIDGES!!!!! I doubt if this will do any good. Your warehouse team will probably laugh about this over coffee.

Can’t not set up scanner/ printer

Cant Set up the scanner/printer its very difficult to do so In the system that you guys have to is no phone number that the customer can contact you guys its out of this world

I was so used to having a floor presser foot. Not realizing that this is NOT a sewing machine/ embroidery machine... BUT just an EMBROIDERY MACHINE. That does not require a floor presser foot. My issue was resolved. That you so much for reaching out. Im not upset. Was just very confused. Thank you again
