Bought the QL-1100 advertised as being intuitive and easy to use. "plug in and it reads the label size, easy to use..."-- NOPE!!!
Had to get CS on the phone, took almost 2 hours to install a driver.
It worked until the labels ran out. Put in new roll of labels and CRAP. Won't read the label size. NO SUPPORT ON THE WEEKENDS!!!!
Then, another 2 hours on the phone to install an "editor" -- THAT CRAP DOESN"T WORK!!!! Support is clueless blaming Amazon.... NOPE. It was printing fine after the driver, but WONT READ THE LABEL SIZE WHEN REPLACING THE ROLL AND AFTER INSTALLING EDITOR.
ALL BROTHER MACHINES ARE JUNK!!!!
CS IS CLUELESS AND UNAVAILABLE ON THE WEEKENDS. THE SUPPORT SITE IS A TOTAL JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Meanwhile, my business is on hold.

Can’t not set up scanner/ printer
