Drivers issue

I have model MFC-J870DW printer that does not connect to my new Apple Mac OS Big Sur. Print option was working but scan not.

User's recommendation: Get updates from Brother.

The person I am talking to still has me on hold and will not respond to me ay all. Now I have to hang up and try and get someone more professional. She just hung up on me. Unbelievable!!

I had been on the phone 48 minutes and she just hung up on me without responding!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My printer will not print or copy

Im trying to print some thing and my printer will not print it was showing that my ink was low so I change the ink and it still wont print! I tried to copy a document and nothing prints. You should know that it sounds like its printing and then the paper comes out blank

Poor customer service

Customer service sucks! Customer service agent offers no help at all!! Automatically tells you that you need to spend money for tech support. Fixed the issue myself, thanks for nothing!

Sales problem

Hello, I purchased a high end Brother sewing / embroidery machine last week from Moores sewing store near my home. The Innov-is 5200 Essence, was supposed to come with the trolley and the software as a bundle. I did not recieve the software because Moores said brother did not tell them it was a bundle, only the trolley. That software will be very useful to me with my new machine. How can I recieve the software you advertise on your website as part of the purchase I made at Moores?

User's recommendation: Ask your dealer before your purchase, do not wait till you get home to see the bonus missing, or you will go through what I am trying to get it.

Printer problems consultation with customer service agent

Not satisfied. Couldnt understand the accent of the person and last time they shadowed my computer and fixed my printer problem. They told me to call Geek squad. Brother has always been good.
