Very bad customer service given by brother

I have bought tn760 toner which gives 3000 prints but after 392 prints toner low and after 416 toner gone . That number is not even close to 3000. After that I called brother customer service , they are not helpful and even I am chatting they disconnect in between chat . Very bad . And surprised by 416 prints with high yield toner.

User's recommendation: Plz make sure before you buy product of brother.

Support team scam

I had trouble downloading the driver so contacted support. Once he got control of my computer he tried to scam me out of money to clean it up claiming I was hacked by no less than 6 people. He would get rid of them for $250 to $450. He used scare tactics which proved bogus. I managed to download the driver my myself.

Printer is printing slow, burn smell

Thats whats happening- I have to work in the A.M. nothing specific happened why do I need to write a story?!?!! I paid $600 for this printer not even 6 months ago!!!!!!

Printer still not working

when I print I am still having troubles. it say "sleep mode". Possible for someone to call me 203 703 **** ty!

Print quality

print quality. I need to talk to someone to help me get the colors to print properly. I keep telling the machine to clean but it doesn't help provide a good quality print.

No customer support

I need an ink cartridge replacement for a faulty yellow cartridge. After explaining the issue to the person on the chat, I was sent a website called "Just Answer Printer" where you have to enter credit card and join something to get an answer. This is absolutely crazy. I am not going to pay Brothers to tell them that they sent me a defective ppart

Cant get this part without servicing I work on michines I have 3 michines all have something wrong done with your michines going to another brand

Setting up machine to start sewing how set stitch length

Wanting to sew simple straight stitches with good tension I cant make any sense of your charts and sewing machine instructions They make no sense It shouldnt be so complicated

Need tech support for printer

Tried to install driver on three additional computers on the network. All three report the printer is offline. Other computers print with no problems. Technical support team is useless.

Pissed customer

The technician had me blow about a $70. of ink in attempt to clear the system, it emptied all the cartridges with the exception of about 20% of black. Evidently the printer will not print only black. Which means I have to spend another $47. On ink just to see if works. If I doesnt I will have wasted about $130. In ink. Your machine should be able to print in black only. Without having to replace the color cartridges. Poor design! What would you do if you were in my situation? Buy an Epson? I guess I was *** from the get go because the printer sat for so long. Get rid of that fu..ing chip on your cartridges
