Won't print because I can't get it on line please help

Why can I no longer 18.340a7c68.171132****.242658d directly from my Chromebook since the last update? I used to be able to!

Grandson was touching my pro series printer and lost the orange protective part... Can I buy another one. Won't let me start my printer.

Please advise how to print connected to my computer it’s just not working it states on my computer that it’s hooked up but I don’t know there’s some thing that’s just missing that will not allow my printer to print; can you help me? Thank you! GOD bless, Romans 10:9-10 Angel

My Brother all in one MFC-L2750DW is not turning on. I tried different wall units as well as do the hard reset of unplugging, holding the on/off button for 30 seconds, replug and removed the paper tray and unit will not turn on.

I have only had this printer no more than two years. the serial # is u64988g8n307181.

please advise if this printer can be fixed or replaced. Thank you.

I have a general question.. if you were to get one of the single tray brother printers with scanner, can you add another tray? Or do only certain models work with it?

Hi. I got Brother MFC L3770 CDW laser printer.

I got message NO TONER but toner is installed on the right way. That message came after power outage. I searched on internet and so many people who own this printer complain for the same problem, and there is no answer how to get rid of that message.

I bought my printer in Feb 2020 and have occasionally got this error message ("Unable to print 50") but it usually resolved itself after several power ON & Power OFF cycles. This error appears to indicate a paper jam, but in every case, there was no paper jam at all.

I had not received this issue in over 6 months, so I had no reason to call for service. However, now this error has occurred again and it is not resolving itself anymore. Can you advise what could be causing this problem and how can this be repaired?

I got an SDX125e Scan n Cut machine on Black Friday. I have been slowly familiarizing myself, watching lots of YouTube tutorials etc.

I can scan and cut easily but only yesterday tried to draw the project that comes with it and nothing showed up on the paper. The tutorial said ‘remove cap on pen before inserting into machine holder. This is when I saw that the cap was loose in the bag. I tried it anyway and After many attempts to draw, nothing was on the paper.

I feel the ‘pen’ is dried up. Will you send me a replacement?

Unit getting old. Used often to print golf score cards which the paper is thick.

We have had our MFC 8860DN fax/printer/copy machine for years and years. Great machine.

We just cancelled our dedicated fax line and I want to change the initial set-up info/phone number embedded in our machine so that outgoing faxes will have the new phone number. We have no idea what our password was. How can I re-set this?
