Totally Sucks

Brother - Totally Sucks
CC4 software is totally useless, and, there is no Brother Support. We have 4 Brother MFC printer scanners that are bricks as the software is so useless, and no support really sucks. The contact page wont accept a phone number - see attached - so, no way to get a help request in. They suck in all ways possible.

User's recommendation: Totally avoid Brother! We have 4 MFCs available if you want one.

Printer

The customer service person had no idea what to do so finally he referred me to a repair shop. They seemed not to have a tech repair department. So we bought a new printer. The rep was nice and tried hard to please.

Can't get printer to set up

Why would you sell a printer that needs a cord but not just charge more and include the cord in the box with the printer? What I had to go thru to get the right cord was ridiculous! Just charge $10-$15 more and make it simple! Ugggghhhh!!!

User's recommendation: Make sure you check to see if it includes the cords needed, if not, buy from someone else.

No support help from Brother

Still have not been able to talk to a human about helping me install a new brother printer. Spent an hour yesterday trying to get help, to no avail. They did however direct me to some just answer.com people that wanted me to pay them $40.00 for help. I dread the thought of trying to return this printer to BestBuy. My advice forget about getting any help BrotherBrother customer no service

I need help wth instilation of my printer

The person was rude and not caring. I needed to install my fax and instead of helping me he got me more upset. My fax is still not set up and I need some one to get in touch with me You need better people to work in your place

Need help installing replacement drum

Phone assistance. You need to make the phone assistance more accessible. The chat is not helpful but the phone assistance where you are able to talk to a knowledgeable person was very helpful. The person did a great job walking me through the steps to install the replacement drum.

Have not been able to solve problem of connecting printer to network

Nothing worked as I read and followed directions online about how to connect my HL-L2360DW Printer to my household internet. It was connected at one time, however, we lost power and when it came back on the printer was no longer connected.

D-210 had errors msg.

The lander had change label length msg. Did not have a long label. Could not do anything to solve problem. Called and after 15 min hold time talked to s rep. that helped me with reset of labeler.

No call from brother

I m surprised that first of brother Customer service talking rudely and disconnecting chat in between. And now nobody called me
