No help, customer service passes it off to authorized dealer

Malfunction of bobbin , too much time already spent trying to correct problems. Referred me to authorized dealer.

Print unable ZC

Power went out at home the other day. Came back on and printer shows Print Unable ZC, which is a power supply issue. Pretty *** printer if the power going off and back on burns up the motherboard! It's on the same home circuit my desktop and modem are on and they are fine!

Solved my problem.

Printer got disconnected from Wi-Fi and they helped me reconnect. Printer is now working fine again.

User's recommendation: Brother is a very good product . Have had this model for many years and still working.

Update

I contact Customer Support. They took my information and are mailing out the missing items. It was a painless process once I got someone on the phone. Very polite and professional. I did not ask how long it may take for the items to arrive. I am hoping sooner rather than later. That should get me up and running. Thanks Brother Customer Support.

Machine goes in for repair every 3-4 months to have the Tension. Takes 30 minutes each way when needed repaired. A-1 Sewing Center has repaired each time. Now the machine warranty has run out. A machine that costs what this machine did. Should not needed a Tension adjustment every 3-4 months. Never have been told what the problem is. That just bring it back and they will repair it. I have no warranty left.
