Brother printers I am so disappointed...

Brother printers, I am so disappointed with the service I have been given. My printer is bad, and the sales department at Brother doesn't know what they are talking about.

My warranty goes until Oct 26. I need this machine replaced or refunded.

I have tried all ways to talk to and contact support over the last 6 months. If no action is taken regarding my printer MFCL3720CDW, I will throw this away again, the second printer, and make sure all social media and businesses are aware of your customer support.

Reinstated in ink program. Their Customer Service department is terrible so you need to keep pushing.

Insist on talking to a manager and then keep pushing them. So frustrating but I finally received what I was entitled to.

Model #MFC-J6540DW. Both phone (2) and chat (1) representatives have told me that my issue needs to be elevated to another department and that someone will be in touch within 48 hours.

The call never comes. I have a 10-month-old printer that is worthless.

I must; it is regarding a Brother's printer

Referencing a review written in April of this year, Nothing that applies to solutions in that article is correct. The Brothers Support system should be illegal.

Its promises are misleading at best and plainly false at worst. No link or click to Live Chat Support exists. Every link (Contact Us, Support, Product Support, Product Assist) takes you to the same page which offers several titles (Replacement Model Guides, Product Warranty, Check Warranty Status, Software and Driver, Register Product, Locate a Repair Center, Orders or Account FAQs, Locate a Dealer) which will not connect you to an Ask or Live Chat option.
After 30 minutes of searches, I resorted to calling which informed me that I would be on hold for at least 1 hour. the popular 'call back' option offered by many companies...

not offered. A pinnacle example of a company that does not care.

Terrible customer serivce

I want to express my frustration with the ongoing issues I've encountered with my Brother printer. It does not print and has an issue.

Initially, I reached out via chat and followed all the troubleshooting steps provided. After no resolution, I was told to call customer service. I called customer support and waited on hold for nearly two hours, so I chose to have them call me back. Unfortunately, they called when I was not at home.

The support team informed me that they couldn't proceed without me being present with the printer. I then returned to chat support, and the same troubleshooting instruction, only to be asked again to call. I cannot wait this long on hold. Despite trying multiple cables and confirming that the printer is recognized by the driver, the printer still fails to print a test page.

I am convinced that the problem is hardware-related, yet I have been repeatedly told otherwise.

This cycle of repeating the same steps and being redirected has been both time-consuming and frustrating. Now I am on the line with a 4-hour estimated waiting time!

It is not bad

Chat is useless. Not enough knowledge about the product.

Waiting on hold for 2 hrs is better. The technician is more knowledgeable about the product or model number in issue.

I called customer service for assistance to set up my Brother inkjet printer. My phone wait time was set at 2 1/2 hours.

I decided to return the printer because of this.

How sad. .
