The larger toner came with the printer when purchased and replaced 1 time ....how is ot when I go purchase it again it is half the size and doesn't fit properly?

I changed internet providers and had difficulty with my printer hooking up to my wireless provider. I am not pissed could not have had a better interaction with a rep. He was patient, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. KUDOS TO HIM IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE

Awful customer service

No phone support only chat so it took forever. After 1 hour i was literally told they can't do anything and they just disconnected. I am buying a different companies printer and selling this piece of garbage on craigslist. it is a mfcl37110cw. I've had nothing but problems for 6 months.

Can’t not set up scanner/ printer

Cant Set up the scanner/printer its very difficult to do so In the system that you guys have to is no phone number that the customer can contact you guys its out of this world

Toner was leaking - couldn’t find a number to call

Called the 1-800 number provided by the pissedconsumer.com website and my issue was resolved. Thanks Happy

Terrible technical help, terrible customer service

I called to get my printer online, the guy had me on the phone for an hour, during which I don't know what he did, but nothing worked. Inow have a new printer, they forgot to send me a cord and trying to get through to them is terrible. Don't use them!

If it is a USB or Ethernet cord most printers do not come with it. It is up to you to provide it.

If it is a power cord then check and see if it is a standard 2 pin 120V cord you probably have one laying around(Xbox, PS4, and other devices use them). If it is a power brick you have no choice to get it from them or return the printer. The 3rd option is what is called a Mickey Mouse 3 Pin cord.

Those are standard and can be purchased from a local store. If you need it in a hurry.

Expensive machine doesn't work after 7 months rediculus hoops to try to get the warranty coverage

4 hours including live chat and still not satisfying the warrantee don't buy brother products they steal from you flat out

Rotten customer service

I spoke with an customer support person for one hour--and he couldn't fix the issue. I tried again, I was told it would cost $79.00 for a single tech question! It was finally, finally discovered that I needed new printer!! I gave it one star because I hadto give a rating!

Awful!

sI need to get my Brother's printer back online--I was told I would be charged $79.00 for a one help! That's almost as much as I paid for the printer.

Printer is screwed up

I did finally talk with someone at Brothet and were installed the driver which seemed to do the trick. The other issue I have and havent been able to figure it out is that my printer will jam when switching from letter to legal size paper. It doesnt do it every time there is a switch but out of 150 pages it may happen 3-4 times.

User's recommendation: I would still buy a Brother product for my home business.

Brother printer not connecting to internet

I call because my brother all in one printer, MFC-3710CW, would not connect to my HP computer. The female support had guided me through steps to install the brother's installation disk. The model number would not show to install. Therefore, she had me go into the HP setting devices and printers. She had me delete the two Brother printers with the above number. We tried to reinstall the printer; The phone hung up. The tech support person was rude and not very helpful. Before hanging up the phone, she told me she is asking me questions, and I am not answering her because I paused to get the answer. However, my problem is not solved.

Brother Luminaire

My answer was not provided. I purchased a very expensive machine, the Brother Luminaire 2 and I would like to know when they will be available. No one likes to pay for a product and not have any idea when they will receive it!
