But they dont agree that the mistake is in the printer not the paper because it is in warranty.one suggestion never ever go for any brother products.and what response i get is change the paper quality if paper quality was the issue it should have been from day one and in legal there is no more then 75 GSM WHITE PAPER.WHAT THEY ASKED ME TO DO IS CHECK ON LEASER PAPER.very bad response very bad printer and company.very bad experience suffering now coz we got two printers of those.
